• Flory graduated from Albany Law School with a J.D. degree, cum laude in 1985.  She is a member of the Justinian Society.  Flory received her B.A. degree in political science, cum laude from Siena College in 1982.
• Flory was an attorney with the law offices of Richard V. D'Alessandro Professional Corporation for 31 years prior to opening her own practice.
• On January 1, 2017, Flory opened The Law Offices of Judith A. Flory, PLLC.
